1. Processing Times

Most standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification the moment your order has shipped. Please note that if we experience a high volume of orders or run into unexpected delays like extreme weather or supply shortages, processing times might be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Our typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Local Delivery (if applicable): 1–2 business days

While we do our best to get your pieces to you quickly, occasional delivery delays can happen due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we currently ship only within the United States. If you have an international shipping inquiry, please reach out to us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate it.

5. Local Pickup (if applicable)

If you choose local pickup at checkout, we will send you an email notification as soon as your order is ready. When you arrive to collect your items, please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

While we pack every handcrafted piece with the utmost care, Green Thumb Guys LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during the shipping process. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as the carrier will need them to process your claim.

7. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend it.
