How do I place a custom order?
Browse the Shop for handcrafted pieces ready to take home, or reach out for something fully custom. We work by appointment — send a message above or give us a call and we'll set up a consultation to design exactly what you're after.
How long until my order is ready?
Ready-to-take-home pieces are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom, made-to-order work is built specifically for your space — please allow 2–4 weeks for creation. Every piece is made by hand in Midvale, Utah.
Do you ship outside of Utah?
We currently ship within the United States, with standard delivery in 3–7 business days. Local pickup and delivery are available across the Wasatch Front. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the form above and attach photos of both the damaged item and its original packaging (please don't discard the packaging). We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online checkout is handled through a secure, encrypted payment processor — your card details are never stored on our site. Custom and made-to-order pieces are confirmed by consultation before any payment is taken.
Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes — every piece is handcrafted by hand in Midvale, Utah. No two are exactly alike, and slight variations in color, texture, and finish are the mark of genuine handmade work, not defects.
What's your return policy?
Standard, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Custom-commissioned pieces and living plants are final sale unless they arrive damaged. See our Terms & Conditions of Sale for the full policy.
